To simplify your job in leading this class, please create an e-mail GROUP ADDRESS from this roster so you can send various articles or announcements to the group rather than having to type in every name every time we have something important to send them that is class-related.
The second is for attendance, so you'll need to change the dates to personalize it for your class. This is to track who has attended sufficient classes (10 of the 12) to graduate.
