When Do Evolutionists Become Real?

The Velveteen Rabbit is a delightful children’s story about how a toy rabbit discovered he was real. He had been played with, gotten dirty, torn, and was missing some pieces. But most of all he had been loved and been worthy of love by the child. It was a two way adventure.

Evolutionists love their work and the study of any of the parts of evolution. But evolution does not love back. Unlike the velveteen rabbit, evolutionists cannot become real. Evolution is only an idea, real only in its believers own minds. It cannot love back. It has no mechanism, no observed progression to higher orders, and appears to be designed, rather then a random collection. It appears to be created. It is nothing, appealing to its believers to be everything!

Almost all of us have been trained in evolution. Some people have their Ph.D. in evolution. It could be Biology, Geology, Physics, or any study of science today. They all have evolution mixed in. Is it possible to be a real scientist and believe in Creation?

Yes, says an increasing number of scientists who have relooked at the facts, especially the missing pieces they were not trained in. Dr. Gary Parker, a Biologist and now well known creationist, says, "I was very consciously trying to get students to bend their religious beliefs to evolution. Evolution was really my religion, a faith commitment and a complete world-and-life view that organized everything else for me; and I got quite emotional when evolution was challenged." He now has authored several books supporting the Creation Model, just using science.

The late Dr. Arthur E. Wilder-Smith, was an honored scientist with an amazing three earned doctorates and also a NATO 3-star General. A former Evolutionist, Dr. Wilder-Smith debated various leading scientists on the subject throughout the world. In his opinion, the Evolution Model did not fit as well with the established facts of science as did the Creation Model of intelligent design. The six video tape series on Origins he helped produce is an outstanding logical defense of creation.

Dr. D. Russell Humphreys, Physicist, and known former evolutionist is one of the few people in the world really understanding today’s physics and rejecting it in favor of a more rational science. His alternate theories are well respected and understood as consistent with known science. He rejects evolution and can rattle off a long list of reasons for the earth not being very old, from not enough salt in the sea, to Jupiter’s small moon Io still being hot. He believes that there are hundreds of facts that reason demands only a young earth/universe explanation.

Dr. Alan Galbraith, Watershed Science says, "I attended a creation seminar arranged by my pastor. I had only been a Christian for some four years or so, and was still a convinced evolutionist. I have to admit that I went with the attitude Ñ what can this pastor, whose last science course was probably in junior high school, tell me about the area I know so much about?" He knew that being a Christian does not mean being a Creationist. He was to find out that the study of either the Christian Bible, or the Creation, with an open mind allows, even demands, one to break free of the evolutionists stronghold on that mind.

Dr. Robert V. Gentry is a Physicist who knows first hand the penalty a scientist can pay for finding evidence for creation and telling the current biased community there is a problem with evolution here. He studied radiohalos (radioactive signatures in rock) for years and is the worlds expert on the subject. But he found a radioactive signature in rock with a half life of two minutes. That cant be if rocks formed over millions of years. The only logical answer was the rocks formed in less than two minutes. Creation? He told people and was fired from his research job. The evidence has never been refuted, only ignored.

These are a few of the living scientists who were educated as evolutionists (the only public education available) and changed their professional opinions based on a rational study in their fields and others. This is how science is supposed to work, evidence over opinion. There is a professional society of creation scientists with hundreds of Ph.D. members, the Creation Research Society - a professional organization of trained scientists and interested laypersons - who are firmly committed to scientific special creation.

Every four years an International Conference on  Creationism  (ICC), presents many scientific papers on creation research with hundreds in attendance. The facts are speaking for themselves and increasing numbers of scientists and laymen are listening to a different drum. They are Real!
