IOTC US Constitution Course Overview

This is your chance to get in on the best Citizen's Education class you can currently get. This isn't our children's Civic class and it probably wasn't yours either. The cost will be $35.00 for seeing DVDs and your personal workbook materials.

Class size is limited to facility being used. (32 students for ARKY facility.) This will be a fun and exciting way to increase your knowledge on how and what our Nation was founded on. If you are interested in also conducting one of these courses, you can let us know. The DVD's have the material and the extras are on ARKY.ORG. If you cannot make this time commitment at this time, we also have plans to offer this course later in 2010. An announcement will be made at a future date.

INSTITUTE ON THE CONSTITUTION Course Description & Information

This is a great class for adults and teens to introduce you to the Constitution, our Biblical heritage and the concept of LIMITED government. There are 12 classes of approximately 90 minutes each, comprised of a 30-minute video lecture followed by group review and discussion questions as time permits. Beginning with the Bible in the book of Genesis, you will learn of the origins of history, law, and government. From there, you'll hear of America's discovery, settlement, and evangelization from exciting, primary sources you never saw in school! Then, the worldview of the founding fathers is discussed, which leads straight to the text of the Constitution.

David Barton of WallBuilders, Master Teacher of the Founding Era, and Lt. Colonel John Eidsmoe (U. S. Air Force Reserve) are the video instructors. Lt. Col. Eidsmoe holds degrees in theology, law, and political science. He is a frequent lecturer at colleges, churches and community groups, has written 10 books, is a constitutional attorney and currently a professor of Constitutional Law.
